These rates are for typical projects and are subject to change. Large or multidisciplinary projects usually have applicable discounts. Unless otherwise stated these rates are not inclusive of equipment or materials.

Our designers will use photos of your house and Google Maps to create a rendered approximation of what we recommend for your building

It's a great conversation piece that will help you and our team make choices about what you like and dislike before moving forward with the project

Installation

$120 to $360

per light with install

We use recessed lighting, well lighting, spot lights, flood lights, various path lights and more for installations.

Most lighting comes with a 20 year warranty
Its available in a wide range of colors
We have integrated and replaceable bulbs

Overnight Demo

FREE

We come to your house and install above-ground wiring to show you specific lighting techniques we recommend for your place.

We leave it setup for at least 24 hours and when we come back you tell us your thoughts

Sometimes we'll make adjustments and leave it overnight again to give you the chance to fully decide what you like

Service Call

$199

for the first hour

Service calls are hourly time and material billing. If we're unable to fix the issue we'll know quickly and we'll provide a quote instead of billing you.

Great for solving small issues or quickly getting a solution.

Most service calls are completed within an hour

Service Contract

$0.25 to $2.50

monthly per fixture

Service call hours are waived when covered under a service contract

We’re aware that every install is unique. However throughout the years we’ve noticed trends and the importance of staying on top of them. Technology doesn’t have to be complicated or expensive.

Review your Design

A Lovo Technician will put create mock ups of the lighting you spoke about and you guys will revise it together until it's a perfect fit.

Place your Deposit

A typical project is a 50% deposit. We’ll get everything programmed, packed up and ready for install.

Schedule Installation

Within 24 hours of paying your deposit we’ll know how long it’s going to take to get everything together. You'll receive a call where you can pick a date for install.

We take care of the rest

Obviously some projects require stages & coordination. However most Installs are completed in a day.

Installation Process

Once planned and ready, the majority of installations are completed within a single day. Large multi disciplinary projects, phased new construction or dozens of devices are the only exceptions.

Walk Through

The team will figure out the plan. You’re welcome to listen in so that you know exactly how it was done. Before work is started they'll go over it with you for approval.

Trenching

Depending on the project we'll either cut sod trench then replace the sod, trench directly into the yard, or use a hydraulic plow to pull cable under the ground without harm to the top layer.

Lighting Positioning

Outdoor lighting is very directional as it's getting dark we will do the final positioning of the lights before locking them tight. Positioning correctly is vital to overall outcome of the project.

Cleaning

We believe in the saying “leave it cleaner then you found it.”

Demonstration

The fun part where you get to take ownership and see how it all works. Ask all the questions you’d like.
